Danny Buckwell is a Miami-based DJ and selector rooted in the sounds of house, tech house, and UK garage. His sets move between euphoric and melodic peaks and stripped-back, UK-influenced grooves.
Holding down a residency at 1-800 Lucky Wynwood and playing Bodega South Beach, Factory Town, Astra Rooftop, and the Miami Beach EDITION Mattador Room, Danny has built his name on Miami's most discerning dancefloors.
Forged in part at Magic Mix Studios under five-time Grammy-winning engineer and producer Jimmy Douglass, the architect behind Jay-Z, Aaliyah, and Justin Timberlake, Danny spent two years absorbing the craft at its highest level. He also passes that knowledge forward as an instructor at Miami DJ Academy.
